Porthole Mirror in aluminium / ivory look

ø 50 cm

A coy (pl. coy) is usually round and placed on the ship's hull. They are intended for daylight and ventilation. The round shape makes them strong and dense. In size they can vary from very small to nearly a meter. Only on U-boats can the glass be concave, otherwise it is flat. On U-boats and smaller sailing boats, the bunk cannot be opened. On larger vessels the bunkers are hinged and can be released with two handles. In this case, a mirror is fitted in the bunk, which can provide a good view if you are lucky.
